4. Payment and Refund policy

Payments for courses must be made via bank transfers or other payment methods listed on the site. By making a payment, you confirm that the information provided is correct and that you are authorized to complete the transaction.

Refund policy: Payments for certificates are generally non-refundable, as the fee covers the certification process and pays administrators for their work. Exceptions may apply only in specific cases.

Course fee refund: Refunds for course fees may be issued only in exceptional circumstances, such as when a participant can demonstrate that completing the course did not result in the expected employment opportunities. When approved, 80% of the course fee will be reimbursed, with 20% retained for administrative and staff expenses.

5. Courses

The courses offered on this site may include practical training. By enrolling in a course, you agree to:

- Meet all prerequisites established for each course.
- Actively participate in all training sessions and practical activities.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures established during training.

The courses do not constitute official academic education recognized by the Ministry of Education. They are provided for educational purposes only, using relevant and up-to-date safety regulations as references.

6. Attendance Policy

All courses are conducted online and available 24/7, allowing you to learn at your own pace and schedule. However, live sessions (if included) may have fixed timings, and attendance notifications are required for absences.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and educational materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of this content without express written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
